Exciting news everyone!

Ok, so yesterday we promised you two things, one was that we would update the blog more often, and the other was that we would share some interesting news in the nearby future. Well, the future is here, so let me present our next project for you:

Expansions for Bedroom Battle!

We’ve been wanting to do expansions for sooo long but haven’t been able until now. We’re making two seasonal expansions, and they’re called Naughty Winter Nights and Hot Summer Days. They will both contain 30 cards each, which means 18 new Battle Cards and 12 new Reward Cards, yay!

We’re also aiming to do a reprint of Bedroom Battle at the same time, so that we can improve the overall quality of the game. The game was released in November 2015, and since then we’ve sold over 5,000 copies and got a bunch of really fantastic reviews – but there’s always room for improvement!

So, the Kickstarter campaign for both the two expansions and the new and improved Bedroom Battle will go live on:

Tuesday August 1, at 11:00 AM EDT (East coast US)

Which is the same as:

8:00 AM PDT (West coast US)
4:00 PM BST (UK)
17:00 CEST (Central Europe)

And to give you a hint of what to expect when it comes to the expansions, we have some nice black and white pictures from our illustrator David to share with you. From the Naughty Winter Nights expansion we have Santa and Itchy Xmas Sweater, and from the Hot Summer Days expansion we have Grillmaster 6000 and Volleyball Player.

Of course all our previous backers will have the chance to upgrade their old copy of Bedroom Battle for a very good and reasonable price. And for all of you who doesn’t own Bedroom Battle yet, now is the time for you to get your copy, including some really fun and exciting expansions!

Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter if you want to have updates as soon as they’re written. Or subscribe to our mailing list of course!

See you soon with more updates!

Best wishes, Elin & Magnus

Showing off the prototypes for Luck & Love

Long time no see dear blog! We’re sorry that we don’t update here as often as we should, but our hopes are that that will change now. We have so much happening right now which means we have a lot to share with you guys. And today we thought we’d share some pictures of the Luck & Love prototypes that our manufacturer in China sent us a few week back.

They sent us a prototype sheet with the Strip, Sex and Climax cards on, which you can see below. As you can see most of the cards have art on them, which we were able to achieve by reaching a certain stretch goal on Kickstarter. We always set REAL stretch goals in our Kickstarter campaigns, so they are there thanks to all our backers. Of course we have a vision of how we want our games to look, but since we are a small indie company we really rely on backers to be interested in our games and reaching stretch goals to make our games and visions come true.

And in addition to the cards sheet prototype we also got prototypes of the scorepads, the tokens and the rules sheet. Again, thanks to all our backers we were able to reach the stretch goals which made it possible for us to upgrade our tokens from simple one-color plastic tokens to nice punchboard tokens. We also reached a stretch goal during the campaign that made it possible for us to do the rules sheet in color, and down below you can see how everything looks together.

Amazing isn’t it? We think everything looks just as good as we hoped and we hope you do too!

Before I end this blog post I also want to give you a little heads up that we have some really interesting stuff coming up in the next few days, so keep your eye peeled here on the blog, on our Facebook page, our Instagram and our Twitter so you don’t miss anything.

That’s all for now.

Best wishes, Elin & Magnus

Luck & Love is live on Kickstarter

This Wednsday our third Kickstarter campaign finally went live, and what a crazy start we had!

Our goal was to get SEK 30 000, which we thought was quite a high goal, but somehow, thanks to you guys, it took us only 28,5 hours to reach it. So now it’s happening, Luck & Love will become a reality! Thank you everyone who’ve backed us, we really, really, really appreciate your support <3

Check out our Kickstart campaign here: http://kck.st/2mO0sny

So what happens now? Well, on Kickstarter you set new goals 🙂 Our new goal is to hit SEK 50 000 so that we can afford a box upgrade and have a telescopic box instead of flimsy a tuckbox. So, with a little bit of luck, and som help from you, we can make that happen.

See you soon with more updates.

Best wishes,

Elin <3

New exciting games planned for 2017

So, the Christmas rush and the Valentines Day rush is over. That means we now have time to focus on developing new games. Yay! Here’s our plan for 2017.

We’re soon going to launch a Kickstarter campaign for a new sexy game called Luck & Love, that will have a different style and theme compared to our first two games, and also include more parts than just cards. We’ve got much if it planned out already, and we’ve started working on the campaign. We hope to launch in the beginning of March.

Here’s an early peek on one of the score pad pages in Luck & Love.

Later this year

– We have two really good ideas for new sexy games, and have had a lot or trouble deciding which one to make first. So, why not make both? If all goes well our plan is to make a second game sex-themed game this year. This would give us a pretty nice portfolio of four different games when we approach international distributors, which we plan to do. We of course want to take a bite of the North American market eventually.

– And then, *drum roll*, we have an expansion pack for Bedroom Battle planned. Yay! We’ve wanted to do this ever since we hit the “print” button for Bedroom Battle. We just keep coming up with really fun ideas that could be part of Bedroom battle, and we think it’s time to make it happen.

So those are our plans for the immediate future. and it’s likely we will take all projects to Kickstarter. Producing games is expensive, and while the sales for our current games keeps us afloat, we still lack the funds to invest in new products. Kickstarter is not only good because it gives us a chance to fund the production of new games, but also because it gives us a very direct contact with the most important people, that is of course the lovely people who play our games.

That’s it for now. Stay tuned for more news.

Dare Duel’s finally here!

I don’t even know how long we’ve been working on this project. It seem like forever, and when you finally get to hold your product, your idea, your creation, it’s like holding your kitten for the first time (we don’t have any children, but we do have two cats, so that’s the best comparison I can think of). And that’s what we got to do today.

Here’s the first box we opened and how the game looks. Magical isn’t it?!

We’ll start sending out orders in the beginning of next week, so you’ll have it pretty soon you too. Oh, I hope you like it as much as we do, and that you have a great time playing! <3

Below you can see that our cat Grodan (which means “Frog” in Swedish) is guarding your games so that no one steals them 🙂

Hugs & kisses, Elin <3
